Soy Sauce Noodles

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, and sriracha.
  2. Boil the noodles until tender, then drain and rinse under cool water.
  3. Heat 1 T oil in a large skillet or wok, then add the noodles and let sit until bottoms are slightly browned. Flip and continue cooking to remove most of the moisture, then remove from the pan.
  4. In the same pan, lightly saute the garlic, scallions, and carrots in 1 T oil, then return the noodles, add the sauce and toss until well mixed.
  5. Plate and serve hot.
